Dislocated

From our service on Jan. 31st. In this teaching from Genesis 4, we explore what happens when our emotions become dislocated from God's. The story of Cain traces a trajectory of distance, violence, escalation, and wandering, but it does not end there. Scripture closes the chapter with people calling on the name of the LORD, showing that realignment begins not with control or progress, but with dependence on God.
