##Background: Ezekiel chapter eight's vision of the pollution of the temple ends with a view of judgment and a future hope. It then shows God's departure from his sanctuary, the city, and the land. This offers us both a glimpse into God’s love for his people and his sadness over their sin.

* Ezekiel 11:1-13 “Alas, Lord God! Will You bring the remnant of Israel to a complete end?”
* Ezekiel 11:14-21 “I will take the heart of stone out of their flesh and give them a heart of flesh...”
